1.Ball mill is widely used in many industries, such as black metal, nonferrous metal, mining section, nonmetal mines, construction, electricity, coal, traffic, light industry and so on. The energy saving ball mill produced by our company adopts rolling bearing support. Comparing with other suppliers’ mill, the rolling bearing can save 10-20% energy. So if in the same power energy, the capacity will enlarge 10-20%.

3.Our company mainly produces two kinds of ball mills, energy-saving ball mill and dry type ball mill.
Working principle:
Ball mill is an efficient machine for fine powder grinding and key equipment for grinding after the crushing process. There are two ways of ball mill grinding: the dry way and the wet way. It is used to grind many kinds of mineral ores and other materials, or to select mine. Ball mill is also widely used in the manufacturing industries, such as cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics and can be used for the dry and wet grinding for all kinds of ores and other materials.
Structure:
The machine is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotation part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control).

Working Principle:
This ball mill is horizontal type and tubular running. It has two warehouses. This machine is grid type and runs along gear. The material enters the first warehouse spirally along the input material hollow axis by input material device. In this warehouse, there is a ladder scale board or ripple scale board and different specification steel balls are installed on the scale board. When the barrel body rotates, centrifugal force is produced. At this time, the steel ball is carried to some height and then falls to make the material grinded and stricken. After coarsely grinded in the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second warehouse for regrinding with steel ball and scale board. In the end, the powder is discharged by output material board and finished products are completed.

This machine is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part, (decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control) and so on. The hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining. The rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear.The barrel body is wearable well and bears wearable scale board. This machine run steadily and works reliably.
