1.HRM Vertical Mill applies to grind coal, coke, cement raw material, gypsum, barite, phosphorite, calcite, kaolin and other medium degree hardness solid material. HRM series vertical mill is integrated with crushing, drying, grinding and separating. Process flow is easy. Compared with tube mill, vertical mill has many advantages. High grinding efficiency; Reducing 20-30% electricity consumption; Big drying ability; Material moisture can be 15%; Material in-size is bigger; Degree of product fineness is easier to adjust; Chemical composition is steady; No steel ball impact; No direct touch between metals; Low noise; Low wear; There is separator in mill, no need to match powder concentrator; Small cover area; Grinding rollers can be taken out of the mill; Easy maintain and so on.
2. The main structure and function
(1)Vertical mill is mainly composed by the separator, roller vice, grinding plate, compression device, reducer, motor, shell and other parts.
Separator is the important components to determine the fineness and compound by adjusting transmission, rotor, blades, shell, coarse power cone bucket and air outlet nozzles whose working principle is similar as powder concentrator.
Roller is major component to grind materials. There are two pairs of rollers in the mill, each pair mounted on the same axis and rotates with different speed.
Grinding plate is fixed on the output shaft of reducer, the upper is material bed and the ring groove is above the bed.
Compression devices provide the milling pressure components and compound by high-pressure filling stations, hydraulic cylinder, rod, accumulator etc which can provide enough pressure to crush materials.
(2) The motor drives grinding plate by reducer. The hot air enters into mill from the inlets, the material falls to the plate center from exit end; for the role of centrifugal force, material moves to the plate edge and crushed by the roller when pass the circle groove, continue moving to the edge until be brought by the wind, the larger particles drop directly back to be re-grinded. When the materials pass the separator, by the role of guide vanes and rotor, the coarse material falls to grinding plate from cone and the fine comes out with air flow and collected by the collection device of system. That is the product. The materials are dried when contacting with the air to reach the required moisture. By adjusting the angle of wind vane and separator rotor speed, we can get products with different fineness.
